I'm Bill Quimby. I've worked with toll free numbers since 1995, and I run Resporgs.com along with VanityNumbers.com and a family of related sites. Here is what this site knows about you and what I do with it.

The numbers on this site

Resporgs.com shows which RespOrg holds a toll free number and who has held it before, from the Somos toll free registry's data. That's about numbers and the companies that manage them, not about people. For a company, I show the city and state, never a street address.

Visits and lookups

Like most websites, this one keeps a log of each page request: the page, the time, the internet address it came from, and the browser type. I keep these logs for 400 days, to keep the site fast, stop abusive traffic, and understand what people look up here.

If you write to me

When you use Watch, Ask a question, Did you have this number?, or a request form, I keep what you send: your email, your name if you give it, the number, and your message, so I can answer you. I may also look at the lookups made from your connection around the same time, so my answer fits what you were looking for.

Chat

The chat box in the corner comes from VanityNumbers.com. When you write to me there, I keep the conversation so I can answer you. The VanityNumbers.com privacy page has the details.

AI assistants

AI assistants can look up toll free numbers here through a direct connection. For each lookup I keep the number asked, which assistant asked, and when. A scrambled tag for the caller is kept 48 hours to stop abuse, then only totals. I never see your name, and I don't keep any location your assistant sends. More about it: resporgs.com/ai.

What I never do

I don't sell or share your information with anyone. There are no ad pixels or third-party trackers on this site.

Every email I send has a one-click unsubscribe. If you'd like me to delete what you've sent me through the forms here, just ask.
